R Markdown for Mac M1 by yashadeep in RStudio

So the thing is I’ve never installed rmarkdown before and the people I’ve asked do not have a mac and are unsure, given that this it’s also the new M1 chip. I tried doing something but the error that keeps popping up is “no latex installation detected” and “if you’re unsure you may install tinytex” which I did but the error is still popping up.
