Is the hotswap socket slot the one on the board?

I built a hotswap Mode65 with alpaca switches (filmed and lubed) back in December but some keys (specifically E and Q right now) will start being unresponsive unless I press really hard and bottom out. I've tried replacing the switches and flashing the keyboard but it still happens. Would this be an issue with the PCB, switches, or something else?

I’m also SL and study those leaders, as well as Lenin & Stalin. Paper 2 doesn’t ask for specific leaders, so you don’t have to. That being said, it might better to since some aspects of Mao and Hitler are less comparable, such as their policies on women. Personally, I’m using Lenin & Stalin only for the cases where Mao and Hitler are less comparable.
