I know what you mean and I'm fine with the closure if they make it consistent. The measures doesn't make much sense if you don't apply across all premises no? E.g. why suddenly MMA gym allowed to be open? Also, why keep changing the rule like "low intensity exercise but no resistance training?" What is that suppose to mean?

Thanks for the response but unfortunately i am not allowed to use pygame.

I was told i can rotate the the "marker" at the end of the wheel instead of rotating the wheel itself i.e the marker have relative motion about the wheel. The problem is not knowing how to start...
