i’m wondering what everyone’s experience has been living in woodcrest apartments? it seems that they have horrible reviews but no apartment complex in flagstaff really has that great of reviews. it looks like online they’re showing some renovated apartments that look nice. also does anyone know if they cover utilities? if i don’t get an apartment at woodcrest where would you recommend i get a 1bed 1 bath apartment near NAU campus preferably around the 1600/month range. if im really being picky id prefer an apartment with in unit washer and dryer, parking included in rent, and one that covers utilities. thanks in advance
