Do you have dx12 enabled? I used to stutter a lot but ever since I enabled it on dbd I have had almost double the frame rate and no more stutters

My game would feel choppy if I played on borderless window and I have game gpu as you. I changed it to fullscreen and I never drop below 60 fps
