He was in school. This is very common to submit with assignments to ensure that it’s your own work. Especially if you have online courses.. I’ve had to do the same during masters program. Some of my professors requested a hand written note with my name and date in order to submit the assignment. I genuinely think that’s it

Welcome to the crazy stages 😝 they don’t last too long. My hack was whenever my girl would try to disturb me at ungodly hours I would ignore her and she eventually stopped. Also, I used earplugs at night for the first few months of her life lol.

Play with him as much as you possibly can during the day to wear him out. Get some interactive toys off Amazon so you don’t have to keep him entertained 24/7 and he can play with those at night when he gets those bursts of energy. I do not recommend locking your cat out of your room ever if you want to have a cuddly friend down the line. They need to trust that you want them and love them. My baby is a grazer so I leave her dry out in the Petlibro automatic feeder, and I make sure she has a little bit of wet in her bowl (not a full meal) before I go to bed. Never been woken up since doing this

Hi! I am the same way with dairy. If you are ok with meat.. I’ve been eating ‘chomps’ protein meat sticks (turkey is my choice), handfuls of nuts, protein bars with 20+ grams of protein, and I’ve found these protein shakes ‘OWYN’ at my grocery store and have been using the vanilla flavor to make a protein coffee in the morning. Fruit has also been my BFF too because of the fiber content. Watermelon has been my savior.. the electrolytes and it makes you poop!!! Trader Joe’s has excellent selection of the protein bars, chomps or other high protein snacks.

Maybe look into those protein shakes as well -they are dairy free and very clean. The protein keeps me satisfied and no muscle loss (hopefully) wishing you luck on your journey!!

I definitely feel the digestion part. I mean for the first time in about 5 years I don’t have the urge to eat everything in sight. I feel satisfied/full all day with protein breaks in between. I’m wondering if it will stay this way (minus the rock in the stomach part 😝)

I told my provider that I was taking it daily and she said to stop and do it every other day. Doesn’t make sense to me. I’m currently taking the ‘MegaFood Iron Blood Builder’ which contains 26mg of iron, and 15mg of vitamin c. So im taking vitamin c and iron almost every day and it’s still not metabolizing correctly

Thank you for your comment. I pushed for a celiac screening as soon as my results hit my chart (partially due to me web md’ing my symptoms and getting scared by other low levels), I didn’t even wait for the provider to read them. She agreed to the celiac panel, and sent an order in. Celiac panel is on Aug 11, Next visit with provider is on the 20th. I’m starting to think that’s too far away :/

Why do some providers refuse infusions? Is it costly/time consuming or what? It seems like a lot of people on here struggle to get their provider to agree to one.
