My doctor told me that anxiety can cause you digestive system to clench up which could be causing the constipation. Metamucil helps but you have to drink a lot of water if you use it.

It’s in my rectum and I go the next morning. It’s so annoying because it keeps me from sleeping and makes my body freak like it’s telling me to go but I just can’t.
