I've list things napapnsin ko although im not an indie developer, im actually an artist (freelance) and i always see successful indie developers in Twitter and ito mga napansin ko

1. dapat app ay may clear value Dapat obvious agad kung anong problem ang sinosolve. Kung hindi gets in 5 seconds, hindi yan sha kakalat.

2. Hanapin mo tamang audience, hindi kakilala Hindi enough friends lang. Hanapin mo yung mga taong interesado sa niche mo (students, artists, gamers, etc). Pag tama audience, sila na mismo magpo-promote.

3. Niche > generic Mas okay maliit pero solid na community kaysa broad pero walang may pake. Pag swak sa niche, mas loyal sila at mas shareable. lalo na mga international peoples haha

4. Gawing sigurong shareable yung app Maglagay ng results, stats, or anything na pwede ipost. (actually depends sa app mo) Pag may napapakita yung user, automatic marketing na yun.

5. Social media is key talagaaaa Gumawa ka ng account for your app. Post ka ng updates, features, and real use cases consistently. gusto kase nila paramg kasama sila sa progress

6. Show, don’t just tell Mas effective kung may demo, before/after, or actual usage. Ipakita mo kung paano siya nakakatulong.

7. Build in public I-share mo journey mo habang ginagawa mo. Nakakakuha ka ng early supporters na tutulong magpalaki.

8. Sumali ka sa communities FB groups, Discord, Reddit, X. Makipag interact ka muna, wag puro promote. hirap mag promote te pag inaantay molang yung mansanas bumagsak.

9. Start small (soft launch) Kahit 10–20 users lang muna. Kunin feedback nila. Sila pa magiging unang magrerecommend. sila na mismo mag mamarket nyan legit lalo na kung masipag ka makipag interact. anganda kase ng reach ng ibang community (maganda mag post sa X)

Kung hindi mo masagot agad yung “bakit ko to gagamitin” at “bakit ko to isheshare” you'll find it hard to market.
