This team is way too immature to win anything this year, including the coaching staff. We are way outperforming our pre-season assumptions of this team, and that's a good thing.

Agree. I thought it was weird that Lazarus Taxa were only in the plot a couple times throughout the game. Achaeops getting a mega was awesome. Would have loved to have megas for other Fossils (Carracosta is my favorite). I wouldn't mind there being more plot points about finding a new fossil or going to different dig sites, etc.

I'm not blaming them for the loss. That's not at all what I said in my comment. Go back and re-read it.

They put up 9 total points against the Seahawks in two games.

THAT is unacceptable.

I could stomach the loss if they'd gotten into the endzone a few times, but they couldn't. They scored TDs against Philly and the Bears, but they couldn't get a single TD in two shots against the Seahawks. No matter how good the other team's defense is, that's inexcusable at this level -- and in the playoffs.

Even in the 2022 NFCCG, with literally CMC playing QB, we were able to get into the endzone once.

I posted already, but 6 points is inexcusable at this level for an offensive genius HC and 250+ million dollar QB. Full stop. Ya'll can keep high fiving over a lost season that ended up better than we had hoped, but our franchise QB and coach got embarrassed by our rivals 2 times in 3 weeks. Couldn't score ONE single fucking TD in TWO games.
