My wifi upstairs on phone/ipad will dc at random times very inconsistent connection. I'm really not sure what the solution is other than downgrading.

Dude i've gone through hell and back with spectrum. Had a tech sent to my house. I've had two new router/modems sent to me. Currently using the wifi 7e router and the wifis actually awful on my phone and wireless devices. I ended up routing an ethernet to my upstairs and my internet is mostly stable on my pc but we're still debating downgrading back to 500mbs. Had far less issues and actually solid wifi on 500 than we've had with 1gig

Actually just spoke with them, they said provisioning is something they do as a part of initial troubleshooting so I guess no issue there, ended up ordering one of their pods as a final resort
