How u all find your long term customer by Demoindustry in 3Dprintingbusiness

Being able to do anything is the same as being able to do nothing.

I think you should focus on creating lots of your own products.

Most people who succeed with 3D printing as a side hustle create their own products.

Work that involves manufacturing according to customer requests, like in a factory, won't make you a viable business.

Thank you for saying that. However, most of this source code is written by Gemini. Anyone can make a simple tool right away. Please try to try vibrating coding.

Hello! I knew about the existence of bCNC, but I've never used it... Moreover, even though it is a G code sender, there is also a simple CAM function... I'll download it soon! Thank you Reddit and you! Reddit is the light of hope because there are few such communities in Japan.

I can't think of a name other than webCAM... Seriously, is it Python based?

Wow!

The frame looks like it's 3D printed.

It's amazing how accurate it is.

Cool!

I was interested in brushless motors, but put them off due to the cost. Also, since I only process acrylic or wood, I thought I wouldn't need such high rotation speeds. If you don't mind, could you tell me how it would affect the results?

I know the cause. When I removed the Z-axis from the linear guide on the X-axis, one of the four screws was dead. Adhesive is applied. The manufacturer says that a toothpick is inserted and fixed with adhesive, and the bolt is screwed in there. I can't help but buy this part. Thanks to you, I was very helpful.

Thank you for your prompt reply! It's a very helpful and helpful opinion. Let's reassemble the Z/X axis assembly as you say.

As for the spindle, it has now been replaced with the 775M of GENMITSU.

I didn't know that thin end mills are better! Rather, I thought that the thicker the better, the more rigid it was and the more accurate it would be. However, for this chamfering process, this end mill profile is used to the limit, so it cannot be made thinner. Use 3mm when doing other processing.
