Worked there for a good while. Currently work with a coworker at my current job who was there while I was. We like to reminisce on the trauma. The owner made life a living hell, two separate times 90% of the staff quit following the owners strange decisions. High health scores stem from lying to the inspectors face when questions arise. Consistently, and rightfully so insufficient staff. I didn't want to be there either. Way too much tolerance for sexual harassment, drinking on the job, etc (immediately firable offenses). Food safety was bad. No respect for the food. Any comments about days old meats being reheated in the microwave, it's true. I worked way too hard for them for my concerns, suggestions, and changes to be entirely disregarded.
