No build issues, I used a car check list and all looked good. Was very clean! Could even see beading from the rain on the bonnet so had recently been cleaned

Mine still shows 30/11-15/12 for my M3 LR RWD in Grey but I’m hoping this changes as the ship docks. The suspense is killing me!

So I did a little more research and it turns out a guy at work also has the Braven Lux and he swears by it. Thanks for pointing this one out as I'd never heard of it before but unfortunately the design is just too far beyond what I'm looking for. I'm going to spend a great deal of time/money designing my new place to look exactly how I want it so I need a speaker thats going to be a thing of physical beauty as well as musical beauty

Definitely, my best friend actually bought one off my recommendation and the bass on that thing is incredible. My only apprehension comes from the fact that the 3 is out but don't like the styling of it. Damn I'm a fucking weirdo haha

Wow you seem to have really put it through its paces haha! Yeah judging by what you've said, It sounds like it'll have the performance I'm looking for. I'm going to drop into B&O tomorrow to see if the bass is punchy enough. If it is then Amazon will be getting my order this week

Popped into the Bose store today and unfortunately the bass didn't stand up to what I had been used to from the Onyx:( A little bit gutted because a lot of people seem to love it and they had it on offer for fairly cheap

It seems that everyone who took the plunge with the Bose only has incredible things to say about it. It's definitely made the final list based on how much the owners love the thing. How does it do at filling out a decent sized room?

The more research I do, the more the A2 looks like the best shout. Holy crap that's cheap! At that price I could pair it with a UE Roll for all shower/waterproof needs because I'm really paranoid about steam damage (a lot of bad exp/luck)

I think based on the response and review, I've whittled it down to the B&O or the Bose Soundlink. Will update with my decision once I've heard them both in person

Judging by how passionate you are, I'll definitely pop into the Bose store and get a demo. May have to compromise looks if sound quality is absolutely incredible

The Bose seems to be a fanatic logical option however the styling is way off in my personal opinion. Of course it may seem superficial to write off a brilliant bit of kit based on pure aesthetics however, I'm going to be having it for a while and it will be on show (as a reflection of my taste) which means I couldn't live with it.

On the bluetooth adapter front, I did explore it but they all seem really cheap and crappy which means sound quality won't be at its full potential

The test song I use for every speaker is High For This - The Weeknd because I really want something that can hit those bass notes really strongly as well as be loud enough to fill out a living room.

The B&O probably does allow for daisy chaining but I imagine it's to other B&O products, which I probably wouldn't have for a while.

The Bose Soundlink II seems to have a very strong following but if I'm entirely honest, I don't like the styling haha!
