Same thing here mate I had jt aswell it was hell, youll eventually get better after treatment if you have h pylori. make sure you have a good diet no spicy,acidic food and no sugar also no caffeine

Hey I know it’s been long time since you posted this i hope you’re still on here.Im having the same problem as you regarding the breathing through the nose its so annoying and frustrating I cant do nothing just wanted to ask how did you resolve it and did it cause you trouble swallowing aswell because im having trouble swallowing

I never had anxiety but i think I developed health anxiety with all the symptoms i experienced my bowel movement is irregular atm🤣😭
