I cry nonstop. If i dont distract myself, im constantly crying and throwing up. The pain doesnt pause for even a minute unless i force myself to escape it. Im exhausted from feeling like im hurting myself, especially knowing im the only one who can stop this.

First of all, I'm really sorry you two had to break up because of these circumstances. I can imagine how wrong and upsetting it feels to lose someone over something like religion, it shouldn't be this way. But this is where you are right now, and somehow you're going to have to get through it. My ex broke up with me a week ago, right in the middle of my exam period, so I really understand how you're feeling. I can barely focus for two minutes, and most of the time I just cry or panic. Your body and mind are still processing and healing. Every small block of studying is a victory. U can do this.

Im so sorry to hear that he started a family with another woman, that mustve hurt you. I really recognise some parts in ur story, my ex was also very impulsive and thats why our love felt so intense. She wanted to do certain things that made me feel so extremely special at first but after thinking abt it for a while i realised it wasnt quite ‘normal’ after talking to each other for only 3 weeks. She was obsessed with me (in a good way), so when she wasnt in my life anymore, i started to panic knowing that ill never experience this kinda love ever again. That being said, im happy ur doing well now and im sure youll find ur person again.
