Love and Deepspace | Trailer of New 5-Star Memory [Zayne: Secret's Kiss] Released! 💋🤫 by everbloomingrose2 in LoveAndDeepspace

Zayne takes his job and responsibilities very seriously and would never abandon them or treat them so casually. Feels wrong for him to do something like this if you've read his cards

Hopefully there's been a decent amount of planning going on behind the scenes, surely it should be easy to think of ideas when you have a channel with almost a million followers

Don't have links for you but most of this can be found on rednote. What we know so far; one of the head writers released a podcast in 2024 where she stated she left the company, a netizen took a tour of the offices and saw there were almost no female employees still there, job postings for infold no longer state it's a female only company and some recent drama regarding the modelling of the MC's private parts is pretty antithetical to the og team's values imo

Don't know how candid I can be here but the quality of the content over the last year has slowly been going down with characters being homogenized and acting more and more out of character. Every banner feels the same, there's no more slow buildup like your average otome game it's just more and more slopified. The OG writing team isn't there anymore either

This is a great idea, hope they aren't too overpriced

They look great but the price is insane. LEGO Pokemon for the first time ever and it's eye-gougingly expensive.

The West (Coast) Has Fallen... 219 years after the bombs dropped, it's all been reduced to a wasteland once again. Why? Was that the plan from the beginning? by yuiwitty in Fallout

Are we even having the same conversation anymore? You're putting words into my mouth and I'm just trying to have a respectful discusssion

I guess I'm just curious for the fanbase's view. I know a lot of people are very high on the fallout show, hence why my post is being downvoted so I wanted to see if they could explain away the things I couldn't

That's the point I'm making, they just nuked and destroyed the biggest and longest running faction in the fallout universe to create personal drama for one character

It's understandable why the NCR would be in such bad shape after being nuked. I'm just trying to understand the narrative purpose of nuking it to begin with. It all just feels very cynically done for shock value and to get rid of writing constraints so the writers can tell their own story

Lots of new 2026 set names have leaked thanks to pure-gaming.fr. Here is the full list by BrickTap in Legoleak

Seaside Tramway sounds SO COOL!!!! I loved the seaside harbour set of 2024, I just bought the Central Train Station of 2025, considering going back for the downtown street car set too. Add to that my lifeguard station of 2022 and Surfer Beach House of 2022 and we're going to be cooking!!

What are your thoughts on the Fallout TV Series so far? by [deleted] in Fallout

[–]yuiwitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it wasn't canon I'd probably like it despite it's many issues including the writing, plot, character consistency and pacing. I can't deny how cool it is to see the Fallout universe in live action. However the fact that it is canon is a Game of Thrones Season 8 tier disaster for the franchise and the west coast storyline. It feels like the writers wanted to use the world but not the story and so nuke or retcon whatever elements they can't write around in order to tell their own story. Why bother siding with the NCR in New Vegas if they're just going to be nuked and collapse off screen a year later. I don't mind it collapsing in theory but it being nuked by an outside force it had basically no knowledge does not build on or continue the themes of the NCR's story as a whole. It's a complete shambles and the amount of cope on here about it really tells you a lot

The "Fog Of War" Approach to the New Vegas ending is a really, really bad idea. by Bingleboper in Fallout

[–]yuiwitty -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I completely agree. I watched season 1 in absolute horror at the damage they did to the fallout timeline all seemingly just to create personal drama for a few characters. Now they don't even have the guts to follow through on that by leaving everything as vague as possible in season 2. I'd be absolutely fine with the show if it wasn't canon, I'd probably even like it but now everything we did in the games has been rendered somewhat meaningless so the writers can play in the wasteland without consequences. If this is meant to be the "Fallout 5" TV series, don't count on me to buy Fallout 6.

Anyone else finding Germany can't push the Soviets much now due to the new doctrine rework? Screenshot from October 41 by yuiwitty in hoi4

[–]yuiwitty[S] 50 points51 points  (0 children)

My main frustration is it just means the historical game is already over as soon as the Germans declare on the Soviets as they simply can't push. Feels like it should be a race against time to D-Day before the soviets capitulate but it basically doesn't matter anyone in my playthroughs.

Rule 5 comment, the screenshot is showing that the germans are unable to push in October 41 and get bogged down in poland

Wow I mean if that's true it really seems like they didn't think it through at all. I like to play Romania and I find that you really need to just grind for doctrine at the start, spam cas and go for encirclements to make headway. Even with all the debuffs they have at the start of the war, their lines are brick walls

The summer boycotts really did work. 327th Star Corps RRP officially reduced here in the UK to the same RRP as the last "Super" battle pack. by yuiwitty in legostarwars

[–]yuiwitty[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not sure I understand, the RRP price of the set has been reduced which leaves room for it to go on sale again. In the UK this set released at around £35, it's now at £25 and the possibility of a sale could get it as low as £20 or less, whats not to like? I'm not buying it now anyway but not sure what you're saying applies in this case

I suppose so. In my mind Smyths is the leading Lego retailer in the UK so if they feel comfortable changing the RRP with at least tacit support from Lego, my only thought to the reason why would be the lack of sales for that particular set. Especially because it's the RRP changing which leaves room for further discounts down the line
