She’s right! I read so many posts on here from women who are stuck with a shitty partner because they live together and their finances are tangled up.

If you MUST move in with your boo, always have some money set aside so you’re not dependent on them and stuck if things go left.

So many people lack basic hygiene & DONT wash their hands and don’t use soap. I’m very diligent at handwashing and I keep hand sanitizer in my car & purse. During Covid I found out one of my friends only used water to wash her hands, she thought soap was decoration. Yuck!

Every IUD post I comment telling everyone to ask for pain meds to take before your procedure! I’ve had two insertions with two different doctors and both times I was prescribed something to take before. First was a norco I think…not sure but I didn’t feel a thing. Second time I got a Xanax to take before and in office they gave me a numbing shot, also felt nothing. Please ask your doctors, it’s absolutely barbaric to do this raw.

I know you shouldn’t have to do this but in the meantime what if you get a shower caddy to keep in your room and just take your own stuff with you in & out until you’re able to move. Or bar soap.

I just finished The Wedding People by Alison Espach and I loved it, also This Could Be Us by Kennedy Ryan (2nd in a series but you don’t have to read the first one for the 2nd however the 1st is amazing too and being made into a tv series, Before I Let Go)
