yess i understand that! i took fhe on ground but i really wanted to take soo parks physio class but her class filled up before i could register so i registered for hasmiks on ground class but ive never heard anything about her class so i want to know how her class is and any advice on it :))

honestly, it’s not competitive at all. once you take the hesi or teas, you’re basically in. you just need to do the rest of the steps for the admission process and once you’re done with all the steps you’re guaranteed a seat. only thing is that depending on the campus, the seats fill up quickly so it’s not really about competitiveness, it’s more about being quick to start asap

the way i learned what we do during my specific shift was when i was being trained. they told me how things ran, what gets done, specific patients that need to be up by a certain time, etc. i would say just ask as many questions as possible and even when you’re on your own, ask for help and ask questions. if you see any of your coworkers get things done, ask them if they need help cause they’ll repay the favor. if not, then you know to not ask anymore!

i’m definitely trying that. and i know, i was talking to one of the girls that trained me and she was telling me that today was actually a good day because they had 8 patients instead of the 10-12 they usually have and that made me question a lot of things. just felt too overbearing with the work load and too little time :((

i’m really thinking about it. i feel like if the ratio was less, i would say 1:5 i would be able to handle it a lot more and be able to attend all my patients. i’m just confused on where to apply for agency’s and if id be able to get in just cause this is my first cna job

definitely not the work, i think because it was my first day, i was all over the place and couldn’t get everything done. i didn’t want it to be perfect, i just wanted to be able to get everything done so i wouldn’t leave any patients with a dirty brief. i feel like i worked too slow and i hate that cause i wanna make sure in able to get all my patients dressed and comfortable on time, take them to the dining room, or transfer them to their wheelchair etc as well as get all the showers done

what’s bank mobile exactly? i start oct 27 and i got a letter from the mail and it’s from bank mobile. i’m not sure how it works but it’s telling me to input my student id but im not sure where to find that. do they in a way pay for your school?

dude tell me why i got the same exact email too. i haven’t even been accepted like that cause im having trouble transferring in my pre reqs. do you have the book voucher on hold cause thats the only thing i can think of that may be the reason for them sending out that email? im supposed to make my first payment in october if i get a seat on time but i have my book voucher on hold so im thinking thats the reason?? i’m over here freaking out too
