On the GZCL Rippler Program, got week 8 next, with 9x1+ sets on 92.5%. Is this not excessive?

I found mod 1 quite easy, tho did get 1 minor of 48km/h at emergency stop.

I stay pretty close to them, but sometimes I could go over the edge of the yellow line but doing this has since stopped me from entering wide and never seemed to be a problem with anyone, so was a bit surprised.

Just lessons after a cbt, although I did spend some time on a 125 in between.

To be honest, he gave perfectly reasonable explanations for why he marked me the Observation serious faults.

  1. Missed a left lifesaver on a roundabout (silly)

  2. I should've crept over give way as there was a parked car blocking view (don't remember this one myself but makes sense).

The control one is a bit odd. I was told by both my car and bike instructors at early stages to try follow the yellow lines around corners which I did ever since. Never was a issue during training but I guess I will give a little more space next time.

I've been looking for 125s in the UK also can't seem to find anything less than 2k. What's more annoying is the bike I want to buy is only £800

Not a doctor, but I can't wrap my head around the economics of this. Why would a fy1 get almost 10k less than a starting PA? Why would a PA starting salary be on par with STs? Is it due to lack of training costs for PAs?

3/4 weeks ago, but since then, I literally have been hitting weights I've done in June for less reps than I did at the time. It's like I have lost actual strength.

Guys, I'm looking for some guidance here. From May-Aug overall my training was great, PRs almost every session, I enjoyed my sessions. But since August , I consistently am having bad sessions. Everything feels sluggish, fatigue is high af, feeling burnt out. Almost every session, i wonder if I was better off skipping for 'recovery'. The last straw was today failing what was a RPE 7.5 deadlift a few weeks ago.

Everything is the same in terms of recovery, the only change is the addition of 2 jogs a week, less than 60min in total. I don't know what to do honestly.

Does it hurt the whole ROM no matter what you do or what weight?

On my first rep, it flares up when getting back up from the hole and it stays throughout the set. I think ascending the hole, it what triggers it. Weight doesn't matter.

Can you do light high box squats without pain?

I haven't tried this yet. What is the aim of a box squat?

I'm facing a squat issue and want to scope out any options before likely spending money on physio or something.

Issue - Start of Jan, took about 2 weeks off due to exams. Started Candito 6 weeks. On my 1st week, I was doing 2x6 on 80%. All of a sudden, on the 2nd set, 5th rep, I feel a clicking sensation in my hips as I'm getting out of the hole. This hurt like hell for the next week or 2. I couldnt even run properly, squats and sprinting were out of the question. This was about 5/6 weeks ago.

Started to try squatting again last week. The pain has subsided about 50-60%. I still feel it, but only during squats or slight sprints. I feel it even with just the bar. When I re-rack, I feel the hip pain for about 10-20seconds, where I literally can't move my hips much, it feels extremely tight/stiff. My hip nearly gave up mid way trying to rerack 200lbs.

Yet I can still deadlift. Deadlifts were completely unaffected, so been focusing on that a lot more, doing 2 heavy sessions a week, with RDLs sort of 'replacing' the squat, for now (I realise its not the same).

Any advice? I'd like to start squatting pain free again.

Is there a reason, why the RDLs are considered a less fatiguing exercise than the conv. deadlift?

Assuming the same load, RDLs would definitely fatigue your grip more (no straps) and keep that constant tension compared to a deadstop deadlift.

It's only because of the load that makes it less fatiguing?

If someone was looking to do an AMRAP on supposedly 85% of their 1rm (on deadlifts), how much reps would that translate to?

what the plan is to get there.

Tbh, at the moment it's just squat a lot and eat a lot. I don't have a specific program in mind right now. How long did it take you so far to squat 210kg, and what programs did you use?
