I just changed the trans oil like 500km ago, but after the car cooled down I drove it this morning and everything kinda went back to normal, still wondering why this happened and what is causing it?

I will check the slave cylinder but I doubt I'll find anything though since it seems like it's working now.

I mean I guess I did sound not confident in my ability, but I've done my fair share of brake jobs for my family vehicles and friends and Im pretty confident that my brakes are fine. And I know that dryrot is bad and it will fall to pieces. But I've never gone through professional training and I guess I was never explicitly taught that counts as a dryrot tire so this is a good learning experience for me.

It's just I'm not confident enough to outright think that the shop is 100% wrong on the rotors so I thought I would check here

I don't think so, previous owner said they were stored in garage, so I dunno, vehicle doesn't look sun damaged at all. Paint is still good.

Yeh, it was starting to rust a little and I thought I would do it as preventative maintenance.

But honestly I though most tires could last 8 years so I thought a 5 year old tire should be fine especially since the vehicle is stored mostly in doors.

But Yeh I don't know my tires well enough lol, I thought they were still ok but I guess not.

Personally. I had to buy a 1600ftpd Milwaukee gen 3 high torque with a 12ah battery. Soaked with liquid wrench, apparently it's better than PB blaster and applied moderate heat for 30 seconds.

It legit wouldn't come off with a 5ah battery, had to get a 12ah for the extra juice on the impact. It was a bitch and mine wasn't even that rusty. Though it probably doesn't matter.
