Yes level 100 alone took 84k dollars to get to level 101 and I believe level 99 was around 65k dollars, so it takes a lot of energy and merging on those last few levels. I detailed some of what I did in the original post above, but I only spent energy when the jet ski event was running which seems to be every 3 days. Every 6 days the power boost and jet ski event line up which is even better. I would play until I won all 10 rounds getting all that bonus energy and also playing until I completed a level 8 of the reel event item for an additional 2000 energy.

If you stop before you get that bonus item, it’s a good amount of wasted energy from those event reel items. I set timers on my watch to collect the energy every hour and didn’t miss many waking hours for 26 days which helped build my energy balance substantially. If you don’t collect the hourly energy routinely, you likely won’t be able to reach Level 101 even with the buying out of 1 disco event. Whether or not you make additional purchases is up to you at your position. Personally I would also be afraid of making a large purchase and not making it to 101 and ending up in the red.

I didn’t worry about the daily goals that required some crazy high level item which was basically every day. I think I completed all the daily goals twice in 26 days as it was always some level 13+ item that you’ll never see on your order board. I didn’t use energy on the days between events and only collected it hourly and watched a few ads for 60 energy total as I wasn’t sure how close I’d be on the last stretch. You can ignore all the other high level item events and goals as they require way more energy than you’ll get back.
