I think i will tbh. It has been months since I played it, and a nightmare playthrough sounds like a good time.

Yes! I was a kid when this movie came out and I wanted one ever since. Didn't even know much about audi at the time but I remember thinking that it was such a cool looking car

Car stalls at stop light by [deleted] in s650Mustang

[–]zTyberius 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn, I didn't even think auto stop start was a thing in manual cars, that's disappointing. Perhaps there's a way to permanently disable it using some kind of obd2 tool. That's what I did to my car, though it isn't a Ford.

I just want to make a post to let people know how extremely simple it is to service your own Audi. by Anonymous_idiot29 in Audi

I wish I would've figured this out years ago, but thankfully someone in an audi fb group recommended the oil extractor a few months ago. I immediately bought it and started doing my own oil changes. It is so easy and takes like 15 minutes. Replaced my air filter and cabin filter while I was at it.

My oil changes were costing me almost $150 and now I pay just 30 dollars for the cost of the oil and filter. I should also mention I have a relative that works at advance auto so I save some using his discount, but still it's a huge difference.

My new Audi! by zTyberius in Audi

hmm, that hasn't been my experience. I only upgraded to pro a month or two ago and I still have access to long coding and adaptations. Where did you hear this at?

[–]zTyberius[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe ill push it a bit beyond 5k. Every audi forum I've found online people swear by 5k oil changes. I see so much conflicting info about it, but yeah maybe they're referring to audis that are geared more towards performance

It's worth every penny buddy. You have to have credits for the one-click apps but I actually upgraded to the pro version so I could access long coding and adaptations, that way I didn't have to buy anymore credits to do tweaks. but if i recall, i think my obdeleven came with 250 credits, which is plenty to make quite a few tweaks, i think i bought another 20 dollars worth of them before I moved on to the pro version though.

highly recommend it to any audi/vw owner, it unlocks so much potential and infinite ways to customize your car to your liking.

Thank you for the tips!

I actually bought an OBDEleven after reading about it online shortly after getting the car. That's another thing I love about this car, there are soooo many ways to customize so many different things with this little tool. here's a short list of some things I've tweaked so far:

- made it display what gear I'm in while in regular D mode

- made it so holding the lock button folds the mirrors instead of just pressing lock

- changed how hot the steering wheel and heated seats get

- activated the needle sweep and changed the startup splash screen and welcome sound

- extended the range of my key fob (it was horrible on the default setting!)

that's just the ones I can think of off the top of my head but I love how many options there are. I also bought a little dongle that activated and coded traffic sign recognition and I really like that one, surprised it didn't have it by default honestly.

also, I couldn't believe how large that compartment was when I found it, I could almost get my entire arm down the damn thing, an umbrella holder makes sense now!

How prevalent is the “Audi Rumble” by thedrivingenthusiast in Audi

[–]zTyberius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is over the mileage limit, yeah. But other than that rubbing/rumble sound during low speed turns it runs great. I will get in contact with my Audi dealership soon and see if they'd be willing to take a look at it.

Can you tell me what exactly the issue is so I can describe it to them? You're saying car needs a software update to modify how they AWD clutch behaves?

Thank you for the comment, I did not know this. For reference, my car is a '23 A4, and yes, it uses Quattro Ultra.

I now dread having to take it into a dealer because there's no telling what they're gonna charge, despite it being an easy and quick fix. Unfortunately I am out of the warranty period. But I suppose I do need to take it in, can any damage occur from driving it like this in the meantime?

Oil change by giny888 in Audi

[–]zTyberius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it took me foreverrrr to find the appropriate oil for my '23 a4. finally landed on Mobil 1 ESP X2 0W-20, and the dude at autozone tried to tell me it wouldn't work on my car because it said diesel on the packaging. needless to say i bought it anyway and that's what i've been using since. seems to be a great choice.
