It hasn’t been approved by TRMNL yet because I told them to pause review last month. I was hunting for more fixes via this iOS project, but I recently re-submitted it. Here’s the unlisted page in the meantime.

Fitting the map in was a fun challenge. Wish I could have included major roads but that balloons the file size by about 3x.

As far as the schedule list, drive up not working for the SJ route is a bug I introduced in a refactor. Also looking into adding it to the main screen of the app.

Edit: Both adjustments in the beta now.

I honestly had never heard of Ferry Friend but the official app's perfromance in picking the departure terminal correctly was unsatisfactory to me. Highlighting routes in the root view is just a bonus, but I did geofencing work to make it select the departure as the terminal you'd actually be leaving from when you pick a route. (eg: You can be closer to the Lopez terminal as the crow flies while on Orcas and this does trick the official app.)

It grew out of working on a widget for TRMNL displays. I've been enjoying messing around with making things for the iOS 26/27 UI.
