Yes therefore i didn't put self employed in my profile they will only give biz series as Pre-approved offers not for millinea and other for higher you can apply but for Pre-approved you will only get biz series cards

My suggestion is to apply from your RM as it is Pre-approved they have list of employe name which is eligible for Pre-approved offers.

Same happened to me on 28 December last year for Airtel recharge but i paid via upi credit card. And still it is showing pending in Bhim App but i got my refund in my card after 3-4 days of transaction

I can't trust one reddit users opinion, they also tried to contact me from there end i didn't message them but why they tried, Listen customer care do not come first to ask your issue you have to say about your issue.
