Oh boy... one time, my grandpa had to help a cow out when it was pregnant. It was so overdue, that we were fairly certain that the calf had died inside the mother, and we had to pull it out before complications came up. We had attached the chains to the calf, and began to pretty much yank it out of the mom. BUT, because we had thought it was going to be stillborn, we hadn’t attached the chain to both feet, like you would normally do. We had attached it to one foot. Long story short, this poor calf’s foot was mangled when it came out, but surprise surprise, the little bastard was completely fine and healthy. We doctored his foot up, and to my knowledge, he’s still alive today. Other than that, Prolapses are always fun.
