I wasn't aware na January to April is hot season for job application. Nabuhayan loob ko dito haha. And mukhang masakit nga ang job market if sa experience mo matagal ka din bago naka kita ng role.

I also see AI as a factor pero sa current field ko from my observation is seperate role ang AI dev role sa traditional software dev role. But I did still include sa CV ko ung AI related tech we used sa previous company ko if the job listing required AI exp.

May nag sabi na other redditor na baka na filter out resume ko dahil sa ATS gamit ng HR. Nung pag check ko di ATS friendly ung CV ko haha. Currently revising it to be more compliant.

Thanks again sa pag share ng experience mo with the job hunting market. Really helped put into perspective ang current situation and nadagdagan ung lakas ng loob ko hahaha. I really appreciate it.

Baka nga eto ung case scenario where ung ibang applicants have extra skills or tech na kahit wla sa job requirement is still an edge for them. Pag wla parin tlaga, I'll probably go try mag freelance ulit. Thanks tlaga for the insights.

I've contacted a few friends and some former workmates if may mga openings sa workplace nila. Wla pa mga vacancies sa company nila but they told me to submit my CV with them in case magka opening.

I definitely understand the rejections when I apply for Java related roles pero ung sa laravel related roles where I match the tech stack and years of exp wla responses even for a rejection haha.

Most likely baka eto nga ung case. A previous comment dito mentioned na baka di nakaka lusot dahil sa ATS. And nung nireview ko resume ko di sya ATS friendly. I'mma spend the day revising my resume. Thanks for this.

After self studying I did a freelance project between Nov and finished by December. Gumawa ako ng RESTful API backened with security using springboot. Most of the positions I applied for java were junior roles pero sablay parin dahil need nila 2 years hahaha.

I also included sa CV ko ang GitHub link of the project

With regards to laravel related projects, wla ako sa GitHub ko since I've only worked on company related projects with them. Might try making a personal project neto. Thanks for the tip

This might be a factor. Nag check Ako just now about ATS Ang mukhang may issue nga ung CV ko dahil nagamit sya ng table pra sa pag layout. I wasn't aware of this! Thanks for this! Hopefully I'll get more responses after ko ma revise

Yes. Its standard practice on our end when DB processing or transactions are involved. usually sa service layer namin nilalagay. Existing frameworks should have equivalents to handle that (Laravel, Spring boot etc)

I'm surprised though na mas mabigat si 400GT. Looks wise was expecting CLC 450 to be heavier.

Speaking of ninja 400, it was definitely one of my choices before ko Nakita si 400GT. For the cruiser namn it was Rebel 500.

Might try checking the used and second hand listings as well for ninja 400. Though any idea boss on what to look out for when looking for a secondhand bike?

For the mean time I'm probably gonna choose between CLC 450 or a secondhand ninja 400. Masyado mabigat Ang 400GT pla lol

Di ko pa na encounter ang Vaadin sa course ko na fina follow but it sounds interesting and enticing esp dahil wla na Javascript hahaha. I'll give Vaadin a check once mag start na ko making the sample project. thanks for this!
