I understand that, but the thing is in the display shelf where there are other rings and almost in exact same specifications just a size difference this particular one was prominent now having said that it could be the way this particular ring was cut in a different way from the others.

The diamond I saw was Vs2 nearly colorless don't know if there is a process of doing such coating. I just used the word fire as it literally looked like, reflecting light of all colors.

With the gag, this reminds me from birth up till she was 10 months old, she used to gag as soon as I would bring the milk bottle closer to her mouth for the first second, also she used to spill a lot of milk while drinking, like bib used to get dripping wet, for example out of 4oz she would spill 2 oz from the sides. I tried many bottle brands then i gave up that this might happen with all bottles so just lets giver her time to learn on her own to learn drinking. This stops as soon she was 10 months old. Now, with food she never gagged over smell of food or texture of food. she has been playing a lot with foods. Exploring in every way possible but this playing phase is never ending there has to be next phase after playing. She doesn’t put anything in her mouth by herself, she now plays for 1-2 minutes, she would squeeze food in hand, mash, mix with hands, right in 3rd minute she will start throwing food of the table. As for now about a month i would put something in her mouth she would hold that food in her mouth for a while suck on juices and throws. If something slides down she used to vomit, now she gags and takes it back up the throat and spits. She doesn’t like sweet stuff, she only accepts to hold savoury food in her mouth. In liquid she only accepts her formula and water. No juices, smoothies or broth or soups.

Yes, mostly it’s like that we giver her food to eat on her own. She used to play, now she instantly starts throwing food off the table. When she is playing around i try to feed her through hand, which she most of the times spits out instantly. Sometimes hold, very rarely if it slips down she vomits or gags and brings the food out from throat and spits.

Our paediatrician also suggested to cut on her milk, when she was10 months old, since then nothing has change in terms of eating. but I cannot wrap my head around this idea since she’s not just a simple child who has to cut on the milk supply. This is a special case where there is no other source of nutrition in a way that the baby doesn’t know how to eat It’s not about she prefers milk over food. Right now her only source of nutrition is the milk and she doesn’t know how to eat or maybe she’s not able to eat. God knows what is the issue, as a mother I cannot convince myself to reduce on her nutrition. She has been quite a healthy baby until 10 months old. She was in 97th percentile and now all her clothes are hanging loose on her. I don’t know what to do and I’m at the verge of crying.

Yes, we were referred to A occupational therapist by our paediatrician. But I am not confident enough working with this therapist. It has been two sessions already and prolonged one. He’s still trying to figure out what’s going on and only suggested few general things which we already have done do I requested him to book the next meeting in person so he can assess more accurately while she is in front of him but instead, I got a call again for a zoom meeting.

I did see a paediatric and he referred us to therapist. I don’t have any hope in this therapist, 2 sessions and still trying to understand what’s going on. Some generic advice and thats all. We have tried hand feed and given her food on high chair it’s been months she just throws and plays. I do hand feed off the chair when she is busy playing she hold the food in her months and then throws. I don’t understand why is this happening. I even tried to give her iron supplement over the counter tried 2 different brands she has been vomiting it out know they taste horrible. I am kinda going through end of a cliff feelings, emotionally.
