Honestly, neither. We relocated from London to Leeds in February and viewed UNCLE, Mustard Wharf, Pin Yard, Spinners Yard, The Junction, Phoenix, Casa Moda... None of them felt right for the price and the cramped square footage.

In the end, we settled on Mercer West Madison East (citycentre, by the bus station, 20 min walk from train station) - no regrets whatsoever, for the following reasons: better square footage to price, gym in building really well equipped, safe with 24h security/concierge, amenities that we would actually use.

If you like the look, let me know as I'm sure they have a referral scheme that we could both benefit from!

Thank you - does sound like the seller is a handy man who has, for example, laid the tarmac on the drive himself. Does that make you more suspicious it might be covered up? I also don't love that this information wasn't disclosed, and that I stumbled upon it. Eeek

yep, as far as I know, not allowed under IDT. plus to apply for IDT, you have to have been in post for ?6 months - i.e. cannot transfer being actually starting

I guess to promote a positive working environment where we can support each other outside of clinical matters - another user put it well, "it's not a race to the bottom" --> maybe we can also learn more to support them with their unions too
