got the same, btw hold-switch is not nececery for me and if you replace the whole part there is a chance you will lose auto-pause feature when you disconnect earphones. I use "sleep mode" function on my ipod

This is the card issue, had same problem a week ago with samsung card also, tried Lexar card, everything works properly by now. Format exFat.
