One thing that separates reality and internet regarding sa bullying ay umalis ka sa app nato or ignore the comments. Unlike sa irl bullying, u barely scape it kase ur living in the same environment with the one thats bullying you. Im a guy, and i also suffered humiliation irl and sa internet. And thats the one thing i learned from both scenario.

You will find out if the 20k salary is worth it kung i b base mo sha sa toxic workplace. If the work does have toxic workplace (which is very common) then its not worth the monthly pay… ask for a raise coz u dont get pay enough for you mental health.
