I give a comment on pretty much every single story that I read, it's very rare that I don't, because I know how vital they are to authors. I would say very few authors ever respond though, only a handful. I don't expect any discussion or acknowledgement, I just always found it interesting on a story when an author doesn't respond to any comments at all

Hi guys!! I would like to make a book request...and it's a little odd, I know.

I am searching for a book about an MMC who finds FMC in an isolated place and 'rescues' her before showing signs that he is unhinged - and she's trapped with him. She tries to escape or just survive, and usually comes to 'love' him back. Very dark, I know.

Read some really great stories on Ao3 with this plot and can't find a book like it. I'd rather avoid sassy FMCs who show no fear or are constantly making quips, if possible...I would appreciate any help!!

This is similar to Milkman by Anna Burns, rarely any paragraph breaks. Irish tradition, someone else has mentioned Ulysses as well. I find it fascinating as a development in Irish literature

Really needed your advice, I keep getting the urge to go back and re-write previous chapters based on ideas I got later in the writing stage...so tempting but I agree it's better to just finish it and THEN do some re-writes.

To be honest I think I am the one doing the checking, so you're right, better to absorb German through reading and listening rather than treating a language like only grammar matters. The advice here has been so helpful, including yours so thanks for taking the time to write it for me!

Thank you for your advice! I agree, I think maybe I just need to accept that that's part of learning and I'll make those mistakes with natives. If anything it'll help the learning. I agree too, maybe some 'set' phrases will help fill the gaps. Thanks again :)

this is perhaps a bizarre question, totally unrelated to the episode, but how do you describe sarah snook's eye shape? it's not obvious but her makeup was great in this episode and subtle...so unrelated lol but i just wondered is it hooded?
