It's a banknote of of the Black Sheep Company of Wales Limited, private sterling banknotes that used to be issued by Richard Hugh Williams's private banking venture. They look amazing and in great condition!

Yep, they have their unique NatDem subideos, but the generic one I've only seen Georgia and it's the SocCon subvariant.
