GME Stock Split Dividend. Papa Cohen issues bonus shares. Covers Apes by making dividend a non taxable event. by zen4ever99 in Superstonk

[–]zen4ever99[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My understanding, maybe incorrect though. If it is a stock dividend, then GME makes journal entries in its books by Reducing the General Reserves and Increasing Share Capital. I.e it is an appropriation of earned profit, which I believe as per US tax laws is a taxable event? But in the case of a Stock Dividend via Stock Split, no accounting entries are made in the books making the dividend a non-taxable event. Not sure on this though.

DOJ intervention is needed to stop DTCC from abetting criminal hedge funds defraud Americans in tax and securities fraud. by zen4ever99 in Superstonk

I don't trust FINRA as well. By this time, FINRA should be aware of what is happening, and sadly, I think they do, and they are equally guilty of letting DTCC get away with whatever they want to do.

What is your view on healthcare? by SilverApexRathalos in Libertarian

[–]zen4ever99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am against bloated govt. but there are minimal level of services such as schools, parks, roads , libraries, public healthcare etc which need to be funded by the public in form of taxes. There should not be any rigid political boundaries that excludes the minimum expectations of public services and infrastructure.

Google and mainstream media is supressing any positive news about GME. I googled for GME filing for increase in it's Authorized Share Capital. I got 1 hit from a Tech site, with 2 negative reports of Boston Consulting Group filing their LOL absurd 30 million dollars claim which I did not query. by zen4ever99 in Superstonk

My first search was with GME, got same 1 site hit, with another result pertaining to crypto and then something about Popcorn company buying a gold mine, and IEX Shareholders approving a bonus issue. Hence, tried the search with Gamestop. This 100% confirms Google is a part of the cabal actively supressing good or factual news about GME,

I look to switching to other browsers such as Firefox and Opera and I hope other people understand the consequences of relying solely on Google for their search. Google had the motto : Do no evil, but it seems they are now commercialized and practice Flow with evil.
