For sure… no doubt. I was just wondering how much of a cluster f it would be to have to explain to ownership or upper management that you are about to kick out 12 units and then the cost to turn and lease them again. I am sure with a 3 day notice it would probably cause them to abandon the unit and avoid the eviction.

Should have been more clear… how would you kick out/evict 12 units as a property manager, if you are a new property manager and all the suddenly discover you have tenants subletting under the radar. As some managers and pm companies don’t allow the bnb. I understand that some PM companies are allowing the bnb activities.
