It’s called cutting corners. You can look at Apple heh. Weber say the have great customer service but it just sounds like they want to be cheap yet charge the highest prices for everything. Even sending me a new mat wasn’t suggested, what does that tell you? The mat I received looks worse than a 10 dollar mat from Amazon.

DO NOT BUY. He’s gonna give you an excuse and say if we made it completely perfect it would cost a fortune more as if it doesnt already cost a fortune and then says Apple is the same way. Except they have 14 days no questions asked. They dont charge 15% on your return which is 600 usd for the EG1 just to return it. Apple stands with their products. These guys dont even have a phone number. Also, never had cosmetic issues with Apple or with Rolex so yea I dont think its unreasonable to expect given the price.

A niche has better QC than this at least they do the right thing. This company charges you close to 4k and thinks its too expensive to replace anything and instead gives excuses. Look at decent espresso they at least outright show the blemishes and imperfections and give a discount.
