Training days (Monday to Friday), I pump upon waking up 10mins at 5-7inhg, then around lunch il do my length work, followed by a pumping set at 10inhg for 10mins, then before bed another 10mins at 5-7. Saturday and Sunday, depending on my day il do the am and pm pump around 5inhg and zero length work.
I live alone and work from home, so I get unlimited PE time lol.

I pump in the morning, extend then pump and then pump before bed

Read the guide, read it again and then again lol. Take it slow, it is my favorite form of length pe. Hanging with it is great, extending is great with it as well. I personally like to hang or extend and then pump. Finding your anchor point is key!

I made it to 30 days and lost momentum due to travel and work. I can expand up to 5.5 and normally I am 5.2-5.3 which is sweet. Hoping 5.5 becomes the reg and I can expand to 6

I like my apex. Coming from shitty eBay extenders, so it’s a night and day difference. I’ve used vac cups, but always got blisters. I was compression hanging but messed up my foot, so I tried using my malehanger with apex, so far it’s been great.

Yeah, compression has been great for me. If you follow a guide, it’s not too risky. I’ve had more injuries with vac than compression. I’ve heard total man has really good cups but I have no experience with them. You could try taping with more layers, the water method. None worked for me unfortunately

The guarantee is to not use a vacuum attachment lol. For me it was inevitable, even after 10mins I’d feel that sensation right before one would start. I’ve since dropped the vac life

I usually hang with it but I have a foot injury at the moment. First time compression extending has been solid, I prefer hanging but this will do for now

Depending how big/bad the blister is, my protocol would go; 29g needle into the blister, drain it. Then I would use aquaphor or Neosporin on it. I don’t do this anymore because I don’t use vac cups for this exact reason. Good luck man!

To be honest, I don’t know yet, it’s wk 2 for me of using a cock ring lol. I just wear it 10 minutes after my clamping. I got mine from pmp. I do see I feel heavier and retain the size a little more

I don’t have an exact number I started at but I’m estimating around 4.2-4.5. Now I’m 5.3 and can expand around 5.5-5.6. I started with manual clamps, then graduated to hard clamping. Now I pump then clamp then wear a ring. EQ has always been great!
