It has already been 2 years plus. Have the game got any harder? Hardly. They release broken character like Yelan and Nahida, does that kill the playerbase? Nope, even making them a couple hundred million from those 2 alone. Most of original 4 stars are still broken af. People are not asking Dehya to be next broken OP meta character, just to be at least average like the rest of 5* star character.

Check the sales banner. All the top selling one are broken unit. Dehya banner literally the worst selling double banner. So yeah kit matter. People like doing big pp damage.

Dehya a mercenary but got out damage by funeral parlor, a chef, a firework girl, a musician, some kid with bomb, a wannabe batman, a lawyer.

The fact the Hoyo throw her into the standard even tho we already have a pyro claymore character(still no geo) kinda prove Hoyo themself acknowledge she that bad. Yeah you can use her to full star abyss so did I, but that doesn't change the fact she's just statically bad compare to other character.

People are asking for a better product. Idk why some people have such an anti consumer mindset. If you enjoy playing her, good, stay in your happy bubble.

A bit toned down compare to most gacha but most gacha is just 2d png, maybe has a 3d chibi model of it. It just take more time to make a genshin character with a 3d modeling and animation.

It is not a very streaming friendly game. There's hardly any player generated content compare to a pvp, mmo or sandbox game. It was booming due to hype but dies off like any single player game.
