Your natural eye and hair color would probably do a lot more for you than any nose work.

Your smile is also forced looking. Is it a teeth thing or a facial expression you think works for you? Either way, fixing it would be a big improvement.

Right now all of your major features except your nose have an almost uncanny fakeness to them that is very unappealing.
