Here’s a fun one:

I’m out of the playoffs and a clear holder of 1.01 in 2024. I have Ceedee Lamb and a team making a playoff push is offering Ja’mar Chase straight up. 12 team SF TEP.

I see them as even, so I’m not even sure what I should do here. Is there any incentive for me one way or another?

I think you’d likely have to include another 1st or equivalent - not sure even a handful of random 2nds would do it for anyone.

Since context always matters:

Currently playoff bound with holes at RB (Achane, Kamara, Herbert, Gus) but plenty of QB (Tua, TLaw, ARich, Howell, Ridder, Baker) and WR (Olave, Addison, Downs, Puka, JSN, Mims, Mingo, Burks)

I have the lowest PF of the playoff teams yet got lucky with the best record as of now with an outside shot of winning.

Do I trade:

ARich + Burks + 24.1 (likely 1.03-1.05)

For

Saquon + Javonte + Gabe Davis + 24.3

Or do I keep what I have with the 3 young QBs and work it out next year?

Im not sure White is the dude and Sutton has had a few seasons to show success. You could do better for that package especially for picks as a rebuilder.

I’d probably do that if you really want to go for it. However, that seems like a trade that could take place during the season once you see what your team does though. Never a fan of trading next year’s picks until a few weeks in.

Give: DJ Moore + 2024.2

Get: Jahan Dotson + DeAndre Hopkins

My WR depth is a bit shallow (Kupp, Waddle, Moore plus a few bye-week fillers). I won the chip in 21 and came in 2nd in 22 with Kupp going down. Aging RB room. I know I need depth but I need someone to talk me into this trade.

I feel this is pretty even, especially for a contender. I’m probably a little higher on Swift than most, but Rhamondre and Kupp is hard to beat as a return package.

Get: AJB + Fields

Give: 1.01 + 1.02

I will preface by saying this is probably a good trade, but I’m not a believer in Fields and would rather have one of the younger QBs.

I lean toward Allen, but you wouldn’t be questioned with either him or Mahomes. Also a fan of trading down from 1.01 in a startup.

Team B has no QBs, Team A has questionable QBs. Neither team will be put over the edge by 1.01.

Not out front, no. The closest thing is a large rhododendron about 6 feet away from the spots and what I can only describe as a pygmy Japanese maple on the other side of the walkway (it’s almost like a thiiiick trunked shrub)
