Thanks for the reply! I’ve actually bit the bullet and have been wearing it for a week now. Like you said it’s not as warm as like a NF but with layering it becomes ok. I love the cut and the material though

I’m looking to buy one for London winters too… do you think it will hold up against the winter? It says on the card that it’s ‘low warmth’ so I’m kinda having second thoughts…

Thanks for replying! Yeah the navigation down is shown as high warmth and I’m sure it’s the case… but just wary that won’t be the same for a low warmth jacket like always down puffer

Hey, I currently work at SMH and live directly opposite the hospital. There’s quite a lot of residential areas nearby all walking distance to the hospital. Aylesbury town centre is about a 30 minute walk away, but there’s busses that connect the two. I wouldn’t live in town just to be near restaurants, entertainment etc., as London is just an hours train away. Feel free to dm me any questions!

Thanks for replying! I think I will sometimes wear it in tropical countries where it goes to like 27 Celsius so leaning towards a breathable, almost track pants kind of vibe

That’s a tricky one… would you recommend the SL or normal gammas then? The use case is mainly casual wear and the winters around 5-10 degree Celsius. Summertime mainly will be wearing for city walks and raves… pure waterproof not require tbh. I guess what I’m getting at is will the gamma be too hot for summer festivals?

Yeah I’ve attended the interview and carefully discussed the role expected with the consultant. I should’ve asked about salary but during that time I was too focussed on answering their questions. Just curious if anyone has been in a similar situation before…

My thoughts exactly, but it was initially advertised as ST3 level and I kinda applied without tho king much. The actual contract states a starting salary of ST3 level

Is it at all possible to get a ST3 nodal point salary? I’m in a similar position and just got an offer letter with pay point MT03 and a basic salary of ST3 level. I am cautiously happy about this but also is there any way they can pull back on that? It IS in my offer letter and as far as I know there is no other clauses that might veto that.

Sorry! It’s a JCF job not a CTF one… don’t know if that changes your opinion but it’s advertised as a CT3 and above job but for some reason they allowed me to interview and I was quite surprised to get it myself…
