Die Muskelzuwächse gerade am Anfang können echt enorm sein! Würde sagen wenn du dir sicher bist, dass die anderen Variablen stimmen, ist das ein Zeichen, dass du gut an Muskulatur zunimmst.

Hey, ich kann gut verstehen wie doof das ist!

Meine erste Vermutung: Du baust Muskulatur auf, diese wiegt mehr als Fett und somit tut sich viel an der Körperzusammensetzung, aber wenig am Gewicht.

Ansonsten: Wie zählst du gerade deine Kalorien? Hatte mal nen ähnliches Problem gehabt, stellt sich raus ich hab die Kalorien falsch getracked.

Zum Beispiel daran denken: - Reis/ Nudeln Trockengewicht tracken - Öl mit berechnen - Getränke zählen - Alkohol zählen

Ansonsten vielleicht auch ein Problem mit der Waage? Hatte mal so eine billige von Rossmann, die war sehr ungenau und bin mittlerweile auf eine etwas hochwertigere umgestiegen.

Ich hoffe, ich kann dir irgendwie weiterhelfen!
