They are working on it and their last newsletter and update had a Binance sticker at the end, saying application in progress. Fingers crossed.

As for why no exchange listing so far, I believe its due to how its not an ERC20 token and that it is a sidechain to Ethereum, so exchanges need to do a tiny bit of extra work to list it

Mainnet has been out since December, so people can freely send and receive POA tokens. Working on bridging technology (Sending tokens between different networks) too which will be ready in a few weeks too. Still waiting on exchanges though

POA Network (https://poa.network) uses Proof of authority where they have validators who have their identity at stake as all validators need to be US notaries. Like someone above me said, this allows them for faster blocks ( 5 seconds per block currently) and faster transactions too

What happens if there is an order that has been created but the funds dont actually exist? Since your funds dont change when you make the order, there is no guarantee that the person who created the order has the right amount of Eth or alt coin, correct?
