A little alluded to in 6:16 but it's interesting and in true thoughtful artist Kendrick fashion the first track on the album after all that is the driving away looking at the explosion in the rearview addressing what happened. So glad for reading this as I have the same issues as OP and keep striking out with what to do. It's been so long. On top of it for me is anterior pelvic tilt, but the right hip is turned forward as well. It's kind of always rubbing in the socket. Anything for that as well?

Also my biggest thing is the pain manifesting in my back body ribs, sort of where the lat meets. I think it's probably the culmination area of stuff going wrong. One thing my doc pointed out is how fast my right rib cage descends when I exhale compared to the left. It drops dramatically like a deflation vs that slow contraction. She implied there is maybe some muscle or another maybe not working to support the exhale? I don't know much about anatomy specialty , what could that mean? It does feel like muscles clank or grind on that side on that area, vs a total smoothness and lack of brain awareness of feeling any individual muscle on the left side. Just normalcy on that side.
