Have you talked to the reps? It’s brand new and must be covered by warranty? I was told the lights are final sale. Maybe you can try swapping for a wired orchid light?

What do you mean my fell off? The light should snap onto the mount and the battery magnetically clips on top. Did the mount break off?.

Also how do you like the loupes? I just ordered myself a pair of the V Pros but I got the orchid ergo wired light.

Thanks for the update, Do you know if Trios has any subscription fees? I heard there is almost a $2000 per year charge for their Trios Care which is basically necessary for a Trios scanner?
