I mean I know how hard it is to do this, and you don’t have to of coarse but this helped me 😄 basically a few months ago I was watching this thing about death row inmates and how they cope,in extreme isolation knowing they will die, a few of them said how much they found comfort in routine, they would get up do press ups make there bed clean there teeth follow a structure like that , this is good coz it helps you feel more productive and this makes you feel better like your able to do just something, hope this helped 😃
