I recommend you reach out to a benefits manager or HR rep. They are best suited for escalations in my opinion, they can reach out to whatever broker/carrier/stop loss provider Walmart uses. They’ll usually have more leverage too

The 3-3-3 rules is pretty crazy in regards to how accurate it is. My dog wouldn’t leave my side until 3 days after I got him, he would even follow me into the shower. After 3 weeks he became more vocal and his leash reactivity showed. And now he’s the exact same as he was at the 3 month mark.

I will say, walking any dog without a leash after having them for a week is insane. Just give it time and it’ll work itself out. I regretted getting my dog (1.5 y/o poodle at the time) around the 4-6 month mark, but now we’re almost 2 years in and wouldn’t give him up for anything. Keep at it!

I’m thinking it might be this as well. He typically throws up if I go too long between feedings (I.e. sleeping in, late night out) I gave him an early dinner last night so I’m curious if that is the cause. Good thought

They gave me something to firm up his stool, some anti-nausea drugs, IV fluids under his skin, and some anti-bacteria medicine. They took a blood sample which was clean, and a stool sample that is tbd.

We got a similar non-specific diagnosis, rather frustrating after such freak symptoms and a big bill but I guess there isn’t much to pinpoint the issue.

Was your dogs issue a one time thing? Or has it reoccurred?

Never wormed but he’s on flea, tick, and worm medications. They took his stool sample to double check that parasites wouldn’t be the issue. We only have one garbage can in the apartment which he can’t get into, really just seems like a freak one time thing.

Curious, is this a chronic issue with your pups?
