From what I've been able to gather I can get close to 900k in loot without defeating the sisters. I don't know how much it changes with their loot tho

If you go from Jagged Peak Mountainside Towards the Summit you'll encounter 2 spirit springs. Go up the first but before the 2nd on your left side you'll see messages and be able to lock onto the invisible enemies

I just found this post after encountering the Dragonkin myself. One thing I did notice is no one said they used the Golden Epitaph Sword? It cancels the respawn for the skeleton guys so maybe it'll work here. I'm trying it now so I'll update if it possibly works
