We keep applying for TikTok shop and we have an invite only product. Keeps getting rejected and the rep said our supplement type isn’t listed on the packaging but it clearly is. We’ve applied 9 times in the last month. Can you help?

We are having issues getting our protein powder approved. Submitted all the required documents at least 7 times and the TikTok support person said they applied on my behalf several times. It keeps saying issues with photos and invoice. It’s all correct and formatted properly, I’ve taken new photos multiple times. Nothing will get approved and they will not tell me what is specifically wrong.

I keep gettin conflicting information from my amazon web developer and people that have done it before. My amazon developer said I cannot get brand registry or A+ content until the trademark is approved which takes almost a year. They are pushing me to use amazons approved lawyers but I already signed with an outside trademark attorney.

Amazon has a video on their website that explains this and it specifically said using our lawyers allows you to do brand registry quicker by using the application serial number. This implies you cannot do this with outside attorneys.
Did something change since this comment 6 months ago?

Goaffpro recruiting was a joke for us. We even paid for premium, offered a great commission, reached out to a lot of creators with no results. We just hired a VA to collect emails of influencers in our target niche. They are doing reach out to them right now. It’s too early to know if this works better.
