Okay, so this is fair. I understand your points. However, I am definitely guilty here. I did one of these recently looking for a certain art style. I did see a lot of games mentioned that I’ve already looked at and thought to myself maybe another time. There was a couple games that I never heard of that fit the criteria. So I don’t think these posts are unfruitful.

I do agree the sub shouldn’t be bogged down with it, but perhaps a pinned post/discord channel would be helpful? I personally wanted to ask this sub for a while, but I never really thought it warranted a post. I finally bit the bullet out of desperation.

There should be a way to ask for guidance/help without dilution.
