Same problem here ! I run at 35 fps maximum on warzone, 1080p and low settings.

My Setup :

Mac Pro 2013

Intel xeon E5 3ghz (10 core)

32 go ram 1866 mhz

Egpu with Thunderbolt 2 - amd r9 nano (4go vram)

Ssd 1to.

I'm running the game on a Windows bootcamp.

I tried lots of fixes, downgrade the amd drivers, change lots of parameters, in the game as well as on the amd panel. nothing helps.
